Understanding Personality For Effective Teaching and Learning
♦ Do you sometimes fail to connect with some students in your classes?
♦ In stressful situations such as being challenged about a grade, do you sometimes find yourself being defensive and reactive?
♦ You know that people learn differently. How can you accommodate the different learning styles?
♦ Your colleagues have different teaching styles. How does this impact learning?
♦ Why do you get along with some bosses and colleagues, and are uncomfortable with others?
