The Enneagram identifies nine dramatically different personality types (Types One through Nine) and helps us understand these nine types by describing specific patterns of thought, emotion, attention, and behavior and the motivations underlying these patterns for each type.
Through shining the light of awareness on type-specific patterns, we learn to compassionately let go of personality and ego-driven behaviors, emotions, and thoughts.
As we become freer of our ego-patterns, we naturally find ourselves living more from our God-centered True Nature.
